"BOSS" is an an acronym for "Business Optimization Solutions and Services" and in
no way should it be associated with anything other than its
an acronym. It in no way implies that
our newsletter is better, or higher rated, than any other newsletter available on the Internet.
Subscribing to our Newsletter requires a double opt-in procedure in that you must verify that you have,
in fact, subscribed to it. This procedure is described in-depth within our

Even after termination, this Agreement remains in effect. This means that you are still bound by

Terminating our Website's Terms of Use and Privacy Statement Agreement will not affect or terminate
any Agreement for Services that you may have entered into with us for Website Design Services,
Hosting, or any other product or service that we sell or provide. Such services and/or products
are governed by Terms of Agreement separate and apart from this Agreement of Terms and Conditions.
